NowNext CRM is seeking a Technical Consultant (TC) to join the CRM Execution Team. The TC will design, configure, and deliver CRM and Industry Workflow solutions, transforming how customers engage with ServiceNow. This role is a key part of shaping the future of the CRM category and working with customers to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of configuration/development experience with complex SaaS/CRM platforms.
- Expertise in at least one major CRM/workflow platform.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
