Senior Technical Consultant

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to support customers by configuring their ITOM workflows. The role involves providing expert guidance on configuring and customizing ITOM products to accelerate customer success and drive business outcomes. This is a US citizen position for a public trust preference.

Requirements

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• 3+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with ITOM stakeholders
• Experience with Web Technologies and related systems
• Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills
• US Citizenship
