Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- 3+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with ITOM stakeholders
- Experience with Web Technologies and related systems
- Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills
