Senior Technical Consultant

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to support ITAM workflow, configure hardware and software assets, and drive customer outcomes. The role involves providing technical guidance on ITAM processes and collaborating with customers to improve their solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is an on-site position based in Vienna, Virginia.

Requirements

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations (HAM, SAM, Micro-Certifications)
• 5+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customers in ITAM
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
• Strong understanding of leading ITAM practices and related systems and tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude
