ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, ITAM Workflow to help customers achieve their business outcomes through configuration and customization of their ITAM products. This role involves advising customers, leading design workshops, and contributing to technical project delivery. It's a critical role within the Customer Outcomes team, focusing on accelerating customer business outcomes through the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
- Strong understanding with leading ITAM leading practices
- Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills
