Senior Technical Consultant

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, ITOM Workflow to support customers by configuring the ServiceNow ITOM Product. This role focuses on accelerating customer business outcomes by driving usage, adoption, and satisfaction with ServiceNow platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITOM configurations, process re-engineering, and strong customer communication skills.

Requirements

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• At least 3 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
• Strong understanding with leading ITOM leading practices and related systems and tools
