ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join its Customer Excellence Group. This role focuses on driving business outcomes by guiding customers through the ServiceNow platform, optimizing their IT investments, and contributing to the expansion of the ServiceNow ecosystem. The consultant will design and implement integration architectures, resolve complex system issues, and mentor other development teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies.
- 1 ServiceNow mainline CIS or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Strong Javascript skills with practical experience.
- Experience with Integration Technologies (Web Services (REST, SOAP, JSON), middleware, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Import Sets, Export Sets, IDR, Remote Tables, Remote Process, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex customer environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Expertise in data engineering, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and SAML/SSO.
