ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, ITAM Workflow, to support customer engagements with configuration and modernization of their ITAM products. This role involves providing technical guidance, leading workshops, and advising customers on implementing solutions to improve their ITAM capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITAM practices and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in ITAM while providing thought leadership
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO)
- Strong understanding with leading ITAM leading practices
