ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (TC) with an expertise in OTM to design and deliver innovative AI-enhanced technology. This role involves leading projects, developing solutions, and providing guidance to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and a passion for transforming business processes through technology.
Requirements
- Experience with AI integration.
- Industry domain expertise in ITOM ServiceNow modules (Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, Service Graphs).
- Familiarity with Purdue Model and ISA-95/IEC 62443.
- Deep understanding of ICS/OT protocols.
- 8+ years of experience as part of a professional services organization.
- 8+ years experience as part of a service provider.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
