Senior Technical Consultant , Platform (Federal)

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist to drive customer engagement and business outcomes through strategic integrations and the integration of AI-powered tools. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, focusing on maximizing customer value. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with extensive experience in the integration space and a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies.

Requirements

• Active Security Clearance Required
• 6+ years of configuration/development experience for complex integrations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex environments
• At least 2 ServiceNow mainstream CIS certifications
• Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
• Experience with ServiceNow's Predictive/Task Intelligence and Virtual Agent
• Strong Javascript skills
• Experience with data management, database design, and concepts
