Job description
ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to focus on Customer Excellence within the Customer Management group. This role involves designing and implementing integrations with third-party platforms to accelerate customer business outcomes, leveraging AI to optimize processes, and developing complex architectures for enterprise solutions. The Consultant will work closely with customers to define their requirements, solve issues, and ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements
- Active Security Clearance
- 6+ years of configuration/development experience for complex integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a complex customer environment
- 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications
- 2 ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating high-level architecture diagrams
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models and Generative AI
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search and Virtual Agent
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Studio IDE, Mobile, Automated Test Framework, and other related capabilities
- Strong Javascript skills
- Experience with self-hosted implementations and domain separation
- Understanding of data management, database design, and concepts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
