Senior Technical Product Owner, Network Construction Platforms

The company Zayo is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner, Network Construction Platforms to drive the development and enhancement of their critical business systems, Sitetracker software, and its integrations to other platforms. The ideal candidate must possess a strong software engineering background, expert-level SQL skills, and hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex code and Sitetracker.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst and a current Software Engineer in order to design and develop enterprise software systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Proven experience with Salesforce Apex code development, including triggers, classes, and controllers.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and ServiceNow APIs and integration methods (REST, SOAP).
• Experience working with Sitetracker software or similar site management/asset tracking systems is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise user stories, with previous experience using Jira.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
