We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage and resolve challenging issues for the ServiceNow Technical Support team. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work outside of normal business hours.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues
  • Strong Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
