Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or engineering
  • Knowledge of Python v3.6+ including asyncio
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with logging and observability systems
  • Solid knowledge of networking concepts and databases
  • Ability to write scripts (Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Experience with ticketing and support tools (Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent communication skills
