Senior Technology Analyst | Automation, APIs and SAP Support

We are looking for a generalist professional with the ability to quickly learn, who will act in the support and maintenance of SAP demands related to the Human Resources area, with a focus on user support, identification of opportunities for automation and proposal of technological solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with functional SAP support (preferably in modules related to the Human Resources area)
• Basic knowledge of automation or process logic
• Ability to navigate ticket and incident tools (e.g. ServiceNow, AzureDevops, Power automate)
• Knowledge or experience with OutSystems (or strong interest in learning)
• Creation and consumption of REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Power Automate, RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or other low-code platforms
• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to HR processes (e.g. bots, assistants, data classification, NLP)
• Familiarity with HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Movements, etc.)
