Senior Technology Automation Engineer

The Senior Technology Automation Engineer role provides software development and system configuration expertise for automated service fulfillment, remediation, and reporting automation across various technology products and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent STEM field
• 5 years of professional experience as an Automation, Cloud, DevOps, Software, or Systems engineer
• Experience in ADO YAML pipelines, API Management, Azure cloud application and infrastructure hosting technologies, C#, Python, CI pipeline development, CD pipeline development, Centralized identity management, Federated identity management, Git based source code control, REST and SOAP API creation, PowerBI data dashboarding, PowerShell, bash shell scripting, SQL Server RDBMS skills, ServiceNow Flow and Workflow developer experience
• Preferred: Master's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent STEM field, Prior experience participating in a software COE, Configuration management using Ansible, Distributed identity management using SailPoint, Federated identity management using Okta, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Developer certifications, Azure AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals
