We are looking for a Senior Technology Consultant to join our Customer Outcomes team. The role involves working with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will be a technical expert in ITAM and have experience with ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM
- Micro-Certifications
- 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in ITAM
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- Strong understanding of leading ITAM leading practices and related systems and tools
