Job description
This role is for a Senior Technology Consultant, ITAM Workflow expert, focused on implementing best practices in ServiceNow ITAM. The consultant will work with customers to accelerate and drive successful business outcomes through configuration, re-engineering, and solution delivery. The role involves guiding customers, conducting workshops, and preparing documentation. This position operates within a highly customer-focused environment, with regular travel around the United States.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM and/or Micro-Certifications
- 8+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in ITAM with solutions and risk awareness
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and SaaS technologies
- Strong understanding with leading ITAM leading practices and related systems and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
