The Senior Telecom Engineering Lead will oversee and optimize Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).

Requirements

  • US Citizen with active Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • One or more of the following certifications: Telecommunications (TCM), Telecommunications Master Engineer, iNARTE Telecommunications Engineer, Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), Internet Protorcol Engineering Professional (IPEP), Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS), or Certified IP Telecom Network Specialist
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments while supporting multiple projects
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
