This role focuses on personalizing digital transformation journeys for ServiceNow customers by delivering UX accelerator coaching and large enterprise solutions. The consultant will work with customers to improve usability, develop best practices, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant design/UX experience
- Experience with enterprise software: ServiceNow or other SaaS/PaaS software
- Consulting skills: Previous consultation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with collaboration and prototyping tools
