We're Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence technology, seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our HR systems team in Madrid. The role will provide functional and technical support for all HR initiatives across our Workday applications.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Workday HCM
- Advanced-level knowledge of Workday business process configuration, security, report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp and support multiple functional areas
- Strong business acumen with a passion for engaging stakeholders and understanding their needs
- Excellent communication skills in English
