We're seeking a hands-on, skilled Senior Workday HCM Functional Analyst to join our HR systems team in Madrid. The role will work closely with our People Operations team to provide functional and technical support for all HR initiatives across our Workday applications.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Workday HCM, with specialization in one or more functional areas.
- Advanced-level knowledge of Workday business process configuration, security, report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp and support multiple functional areas
- Strong business acumen with a passion for engaging stakeholders and understanding their needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex Workday functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
