The role focuses on Intune, Autopilot, and O365 skills, with a 100% remote work setup, starting in 3-6 months. This position involves managing and optimizing endpoint solutions to ensure security, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
- Endpoint Management & Deployment (Microsoft Intune)
- Manage and optimize tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Entra ID, and additional related Microsoft solutions.
- Administer tailored Windows Autopilot solution(s) for clients with accompanying Intune policy dictation.
- Create and implement device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and PowerShell scripted solutions to ensure endpoint security and governance.
- Manage and optimize Windows update policies, application packaging, and deployment.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot various hardware and applications hosted on a Windows Operating System to meet/exceed Enterprise needs.
- Virtual Desktop Administration
- Microsoft Windows 365 (Cloud PC) deployment, administration, and reporting.
- Amazon Workspace deployment, administration, and reporting.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot endpoint issues leveraging tools like Log Analytics and Endpoint Analytics.
- Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to improve the end-user experience and reduce support incidents.
- Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles related to device provisioning and endpoint management.
