Microsoft is seeking an experienced Endpoint Desktop Engineer to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on Intune, Autopilot, and O365 skills, with a 100% remote work setup, starting in 3-6 months. This position involves managing and optimizing endpoint solutions to ensure security, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• Endpoint Management & Deployment (Microsoft Intune)
• Manage and optimize tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Entra ID, and additional related Microsoft solutions.
• Administer tailored Windows Autopilot solution(s) for clients with accompanying Intune policy dictation.
• Create and implement device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and PowerShell scripted solutions to ensure endpoint security and governance.
• Manage and optimize Windows update policies, application packaging, and deployment.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot various hardware and applications hosted on a Windows Operating System to meet/exceed Enterprise needs.
• Virtual Desktop Administration
• Microsoft Windows 365 (Cloud PC) deployment, administration, and reporting.
• Amazon Workspace deployment, administration, and reporting.
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot endpoint issues leveraging tools like Log Analytics and Endpoint Analytics.
• Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to improve the end-user experience and reduce support incidents.
• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles related to device provisioning and endpoint management.
