The Process Manager, IT Asset Management is responsible for the entire lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring compliance and optimizing their performance. This role focuses on improving IT efficiency through process improvements and communication with IT and business units. Serves as the process owner for IT Asset Management and fosters collaboration between IT and business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- 8+ years of experience in technical analysis roles
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills in Microsoft and ServiceNow technologies
- Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
- ServiceNow and ITIL Certifications preferred
