Serigor Inc. is seeking an experienced Argos Report Writer to develop data blocks in Argos, migrate reports from a custom .NET and SQL application, and collaborate with functional offices to define reporting needs. The role involves working with Argos Administrators and using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Requirements
- Developing data blocks in Argos using either the GUI or SQL
- Maintaining Argos security
- SQL development
- Writing reports for the Ellucian Banner ERP system, including knowledge of the Banner database Oracle tables
- Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or other ITSM ticketing system
- Working with customers to document requirements of reports
- Familiar with ITIL change management practices
Requirements Summary
Requires 3+ years of Argos data block development and SQL experience. Familiarity with Banner ERP, ServiceNow, and ITIL change management is also needed
