The Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst supports operated healthcare facilities with Epic EHR system support, including workflows for nursing, therapies, and behavioral health. This role involves collaborating with end users, testing/validation, troubleshooting, and supporting regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Epic Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) certification
- 7+ years of Epic implementation or operations experience
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation practices in healthcare settings
- Ability to analyze workflow needs and translate them into Epic configuration
- Ability to troubleshoot issues reported through ServiceNow
- Experience with Clinical Documentation (BH & LTC preferred)
