Allied Universal® Technology Services is seeking a Service Administrator to deliver consistent operational excellence for assigned applications and business processes. This role involves liaison with field service teams, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to process improvement. The Service Administrator balances service initiatives with operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications or related field
- Associate’s degree in Business, Management or Communications with at least 3 years of experience in security or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least five years of security experience
- Current driver’s license (if operating a company vehicle)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support in security
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operational environment with strong customer service
- Experience with ServiceNow, SAP by Design, or similar service management platforms
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
