The Service Automation Developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and providing technical leadership to a team of developers.
Requirements
- Certification in either ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Service Portal
