The Service Automation Developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and providing technical leadership to a team of developers.

Requirements

Certification in either ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management
Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Service Portal
