We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Analyst to assist in project implementations and drive thought leadership through deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions in a client-consulting environment, with a focus on areas such as Financial Services Operations (FSO), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Customer Portal.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with CSM implementations in a client consulting environment is required.
- 1+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with FSO implementations in a client consulting environment is required.
- Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles required
