We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Delivery/Presales Lead to drive our ServiceNow business growth, engage with customers, and deliver compelling presentations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing engagements and deliver compelling presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in orals and executive presentations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to map ServiceNow capabilities to business needs.
- Experience in pre-sales, RFP responses, and proposal writing.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one additional certification (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM) preferred.
