Requirements
- 1–3 years in IT Service Management within a corporate environment
- Hands-on experience with ITIL processes and service desk operations
- Familiarity with ERP (SAP, S4HANA), Finance Platforms (Basware, ServiceNow), or Procurement tools (Zycus) or HR/Legal
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile foundation (ITIL4 certification preferred)
