HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their Digital & Technology team. This role focuses on digitalizing processes, integrating technology, and embedding a data-driven culture. The manager will work within a dynamic and multicultural environment with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in IT Service Management within a corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL processes and service desk operations
  • Familiarity with ERP (SAP, S4HANA), Finance Platforms (Basware, ServiceNow), or Procurement tools (Zycus) or HR/Legal
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Agile foundation (ITIL4 certification preferred)

Requirements Summary

1-3 yrs IT service management, experience with ITIL, and familiarity with SAP/FinTech platforms. Agile foundation a plus
