WPP is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end delivery of IT services and projects, ensuring client expectations, business objectives, and WPP Open standards are met. The role involves overseeing support and delivery processes, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving strategic improvements to the Open Platform's service offerings. The Manager will bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical application support
  • 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Deep understanding of application support best practices, including ITIL framework
  • Strong technical skills with JIRA, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools, SQL, or Python
  • Experience managing SLA-driven services
  • Experience with coding and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
