At Iron Mountain, we're looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key interface between Iron Mountain, customers, and stakeholders, you'll be responsible for the successful implementation, operation, and delivery of projects within timeline, budget, and quality standards. You'll manage the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle, from contract management to implementation, ongoing support, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Experience in service coordination, customer support, operations, or Project Management.
  • Experience working with service-level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, or ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or data/reporting tools; familiarity with Power BI or ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (technical, business, or service-related field).
