We're seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key interface between Iron Mountain, customers, and stakeholders, you'll be responsible for the successful implementation, operation, and delivery of projects within timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and service management abilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in service coordination, customer support, operations, or Project Management.
  • Experience working with service-level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, or ticketing systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or data/reporting tools; familiarity with Power BI or ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (technical, business, or service-related field)
