Service Delivery Specialist (Infrastructures)

LDC is a global agro-product distributor and processing company, serving over 500 million people annually and providing services to over 18,000 employees in 100+ countries. The Service Delivery Specialist will be the primary point of contact for clients and the Delivery Squad, focusing on project management, deliverables definition, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. They will monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and ensure quality standards.

• Follow-up financial proposals to internal customers
• Track real costs versus recovered budget

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related
• Advanced English
• ITIL / PMP / Agile certification
