We are looking for a Service Design Development Architect Intern to improve the overall Service Design processes and capabilities. The successful candidate will review existing Service Design Tools and Processes and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
- Understanding of foundational Design and Development processes and methodologies
- Understanding of Service Design tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Lucid, Confluence and the Google Suite
- Knowledge of Python, JSON, Java or other coding frameworks
- Knowledge of automation and AI configuration is beneficial
