Service Desk – Asset Specialist

ActioNet is seeking a Service Desk – Asset Specialist to manage IT asset inventory, track deployments and disposals, and ensure compliance with property control standards. The role involves maintaining asset databases, conducting physical inventory, and providing support to Service Desk. ActioNet is a CMMI-DEV Level 4, CMMI-SVC Level 4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HDI-certified IT Solutions Provider.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance (T-3)
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of IT asset management or inventory control
• Experience with ITAM/CMDB tools
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 50 lbs)
