Seeking a Service Desk Consultant for a 6-12 month contract in Limpopo, South Africa. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and business applications, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • A+ and/or N+ certification or equivalent IT support qualification
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (optional)
  • Experience with service management platforms (optional)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, VPNs, and endpoint security tools (optional)
