The Service Desk Specialist/Desktop Support position will provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software, including a custom iOS app, and participate in development and maintenance of equipment and data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk environment
- 2+ years Microsoft Office Experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 1+ years of AirWatch, Intune, or other MDM administration experience
- 1+ years of experience supporting iOS devices
- 2+ years of experience with desktop imaging software
- 2+ years of experience working with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures related to servers, networks, applications, and hardware
- 2+ years of experience utilizing call management software & monitoring tools - such as ServiceNow
- 2+ years experience writing user documentation for training and development
- 2+ years experience utilizing time management tools and processes
