SmarTek21 is seeking experienced Service Desk & End User Support Engineers to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support. This role is crucial in ensuring uninterrupted productivity through efficient support across service desk operations, basic infrastructure troubleshooting, and VDI/AVD environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
  • Hands-on with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Windows/Mac endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, patching)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user, groups, policies)
  • Familiarity with VDI/AVD environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer-service mindset
