  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 4-9 years experience in an IT Service Desk Environment
  • Help Desk Institute (HDI) or Service Desk Institute(SDI) certification
  • ITIL certification
  • Secret clearance
