The role focuses on supervising desktop support staff to exceed service objectives, ensuring compliance to policies and procedures, and maintaining a positive team environment. The supervisor will also manage incidents, escalate problems, and participate in change management activities.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance (ADP II Public Trust)
  • ITIL 4 Foundations Certification
  • Windows, SQL Server, PowerShell, and Office applications experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading and developing personnel

Requirements Summary

6+ years experience. US citizenship & ability to obtain DoD clearance (ADP II). ITIL 4 Foundation certification and Windows, SQL Server, Office, ServiceNow experience required
