The role involves providing desktop support, incident resolution, and administration for systems and platforms, collaborating with various teams to enhance IT support capabilities and maintain high service quality. This position is central to Fluence's strategy to transform the energy landscape for a more sustainable future.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in information technology management support
  • 5+ years of experience with Mac OSX support
  • 5+ years of experience with Customer Service
  • Proficient in both Windows and Mac hardware and OS
  • Experienced with ServiceNow
  • Experienced with Active Directory and MS Office 365 administration
  • Experience with Adobe, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, and SharePoint
  • Experience with audio/video conferencing technology setup and administration
  • Understanding of network architecture, Office 365 environments, identity, device management, and software/license management
  • Technical writing and procedural documentation experience
  • Experience with ITIL and ITSM practices
