Convatec is a global medical products and technologies company seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide technical support to its global user community. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, with strong Microsoft expertise and troubleshooting skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft applications, especially Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Windows OS
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting all things Windows, especially laptops, SCCM and experience with ticketing tools, specifically ServiceNow
