The Service Desk Technician - Tier II is responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software systems. The role provides exceptional desk-side and remote technical support, ensures compliance with security standards, and maintains inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute in a relevant discipline
  • One year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Experience with enterprise level ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
  • Experience with remote support tools such as Windows Remote Control, MS Lync, Cisco Jabber, Bomgar
