Gainwell is seeking a Service Management Manager to oversee the implementation, administration, and continuous enhancement of their ServiceNow platform. The role requires a deep understanding of ITIL and Agile frameworks and best practices. The successful candidate will lead the platform team in the design, development, and deployment of the ServiceNow solution to meet business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and management.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification required; additional ITIL certifications are a plus.
