We are looking for an experienced IT professional to operate as part of a team and work with autonomy, responsible for deploying processes, evaluating performance metrics, and managing roadblocks. The ideal candidate has operational ownership of one or more ITIL processes, strong knowledge of ITIL v3 and ISO 20000, and experience working in an IT Service Management environment.

Requirements Summary
