We are looking for a Service Management Specialist to join our team at Körber OneIT. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITSM processes, service management tools, and project management. The role involves developing, implementing, and operating ITIL-based processes, as well as providing support to the One IT Service Support organization.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in support or consulting on ITSM processes according to ITIL
- Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Methodological reliability in the recording and design of work processes
- Experience in managing projects in the area of operations and service
- Presentation strength and conceptual way of working
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
