We are looking for a Service Management Specialist to develop, implement, and operate ITIL-based processes, provide support to the One IT Service Support organization, and ensure the procedural and functional integrity of the IT service and IT process management landscape.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in support or consulting on ITSM processes according to ITIL
- Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Methodological reliability in the recording and design of work processes
- Experience in managing projects in the area of operations and service
- Presentation strength and conceptual way of working
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
