Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead project operations and ensure efficient service delivery. The role requires expertise in IT Service Management, a deep understanding of ITIL practices, and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will focus on managing requests, incidents, changes, and asset management, while maintaining high service quality and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Lead day-to-day operations of IT service delivery in line with ITIL standards.
  • Oversee and manage service requests, incidents, changes, and asset management processes.
  • Ensure effective IT Asset Management including Fixed Asset Register (FAR), CMDB maintenance, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and support performance.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher. 5+ years of experience in a relevant field. Proficiency in ITM tools and strong understanding of ITIL
