This Service Manager role is responsible for efficient, timely, and high-quality technical service tasks such as software updates, inspections, and maintenance. The position ensures customer solution stability and satisfaction, contributing to both IT and accounting/sales accuracy. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Frankfurt.

Requirements

  • Coordinate technical customer onboarding.
  • Plan and maintain maintenance schedules and software updates.
  • Create, document, and track maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and CRITICAL security procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver results from maintenance.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills
  • Proficient MS Office skills

Requirements Summary
